Sun printing is a simple light-reactive process in use since 19th century to create blue cyanotypes. Cutchogue-New Suffolk Historical Council begins guided tours of buildings on Cutchogue Village Green through Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 5. Evening Lighthouse Cruise, depart 4 p.m. from Greenport, return 9 p.m. Cruise along Gardiner’s Bay and Long Island Sound to see famous lighthouses of the North Fork, including Long Beach Bar “Bug” Light, Orient Point, Plum Island, Little Gull and Race Rock.
