Health Beat: Explore changes that accompany aging

• As part of the Senior Wellness Education Series, Southold Town’s Human Services and Eastern Long Island Hospital present an open-ended discussion of the changes that come with age, entitled ‘How do you feel about … ?’ The program takes place Friday, Oct. 7, 11 a,m, to noon, at the town senior center in Mattituck. The series is funded by Long Island Home through a grant from the New York State Office of Mental Health. For transportation, call 298-4460.

• Cutchogue New Suffolk Library will host a support meeting for parents of children with autism on Thursday, Oct. 6, at 6 p.m. Call Susan Kinsey at 807-8913.

The library will also offer a series of yoga classes on Thursdays at 6 p.m., from Oct. 6 through Dec. 1, with no class on Nov. 24. Call 734-6360.
