Featured Events: See photographs taken by Riverhead artist

East End Arts will present an exhibit tonight at Riverhead Town Hall featuring photographs taken by Sue Romano.

Ms. Romano’s work includes pictures of a beached boat, a snowy storm at sea, a silhouette of light and other images that have caught her eye.

The event, located at 200 Howell Ave. in Riverhead, starts at 5:30 p.m. Refreshments and hors d’oeuvres served. The exhibit will run through December 1. For more information, call (631) 727-3200.

Field trip to Lighthouse Point, Conn., a North Fork Audubon’s ‘Tuesdays with Tom’ event. Meet 8 a.m. at Red House, Inlet Pond County Park, Route 48, Greenport, carpool to Conn. ferry and drive to Lighthouse Point to watch for migrating hawks. The Hamptons Take 2 Documentary Film Festival hosts pre-festival screening of ‘Under Our Skin,’ 86-minute critically acclaimed and Academy Award short-listed documentary on Lyme disease, 7 p.m. at Peconic Landing, 1500 Brecknock Road, Greenport. Tickets $10 at door. 537-3361.

Scallop Dinner, noon-8 p.m., hosted by Rotary Club of Southold at Soundview Restaurant, Route 48, Greenport. Donation $25; proceeds benefit club projects. Takeout available.
