Cops: Peconic man drove drunk with three kids in car

A 32-year-old Peconic man was charged with aggravated DWI, a felony, and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, after he was stopped for a traffic violation on Sunday night and was found to be driving drunk with his three children in the car, according to police reports.

Southold Town Police stopped Laureano Rodriguez Secaida just after 8 p.m. on Route 48 in Cutchogue.

He was taken to headquarters, processed and held for arraignment.
