A collision outside the Capital One Bank on Route 25 in Southold on Saturday afternoon sent a Flushing man to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

Southold Town Police said the accident took place at 3:06 p.m. on October 22 after David Riddell of Southold, 34, driving a Dodge, pulled out of the bank parking lot “in front of” a Toyota that Michael Colardi, 51, of Flushing was driving westbound. The Toyota struck side of the Dodge, police said.

Mr. Colardi was taken by Southold Fire Department Rescue Squad to Eastern Long Island Hospital.
