Two men who police said broke into a Cutchogue gas station early Wednesday have been charged with multiple felony counts, Southold Police said.

Brant Ovsianik, 27, and Spencer Stewart, 31, who police said were both living in a former Cutchogue gas station, are accused of kicking in the Main Road station’s front door and taking about $50 of the gas station’s morning start-up money. Police said the men also broke into 13 vehicles parked outside the station and made off a number of car batteries, a car radio and change.

Police said they later recovered a vehicle that held just about everything reported missing.

Both men face felony counts of burglary, grand larceny and criminal mischief and are being held for arraignment Friday morning.
