Planning Board Agenda: Mattituck shopping center, Sparkling Pointe addition up for discussion

A proposed shopping center on Pike Street in Mattituck, and an addition and warehouse proposed for Sparkling Pointe Winery in Peconic are up for discussion at the Southold Town Planning Board’s work session at 2:30 p.m. today.

An addition to a glass greenhouse belonging to De Art of Nature on Route 48 in Cutchogue is also on the agenda, as well as several residential subdivisions and two requests for new antennas on existing cell phone towers.

The work session will be held in the board room of the Town Hall Annex on the corner of Route 25 and Youngs Ave. in Southold.
