Cops: Greenport man caught driving drunk on Bay Avenue

A Greenport man was arrested for driving drunk on Bay Avenue Sunday night, Southold Town Police said.

David Heaney, 20, was stopped for several traffic offenses and was found to be intoxicated, police said.

Mr. Heaney was arrested and transported to headquarters to be processed and was held overnight for arraignment, police said.
