Cops: Drunk man charged with public lewdness in Greenport

A Greenport man was arrested early Sunday morning after police found him drunk and masturbating in public view from a car parked in a Front Street driveway, Southold Town police said.

Carlos Deleon-Gutierrez, 25, was found “highly intoxicated with his shorts unzipped” shortly after 3:30 a.m., police said.

He was charged with public lewdness, transported to police headquarters and held for arraignment, police said.
