San Simeon’s tribute brick garden now open

Greenport’s San Simeon by the Sound Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation wants you to visit its new tribute brick patio and garden.

The tribute brick project started last year to beautify the exterior of adult day care center, as well as to raise funds to benefit the facility located on Route 48.

San Simeon is reaching out to the community and asking people to donate money for the memorial bricks. The engraved bricks memorializes loved ones and congratulates family members on significant achievements.

Those interested in purchasing bricks should call Andrea Parks, director of development, at (631) 477-2110 ext, 252. Prices range from $100 to $300, depending on the size and inscription on the brick.
