Cops: Laurel woman drove drunk with her daughter in the car

A Laurel woman who drove drunk Sunday evening faces an additional charge of endangering the welfare of a child for having her 3-year-old daughter in the car at the time, Southold police said.

Alisa Siegell, 43, was driving westbound on Peconic Bay Boulevard when a police officer witnessed her car cross into the eastbound lane, police said. Ms. Siegell failed several roadside sobriety tests, according to police.

In addition to the endangering the welfare of a child charge she was also arrested for DWI and aggravated DWI, said police.
