Margaret Mary Rogers

Margaret Mary Rogers of Mattituck and Hampton Bays passed away Oct. 11 after a long and very, very painful battle with cancer. She was 39 years old.

She attended Mattituck High School and was president of the Hampton Bays chapter of the Cancer Society. She worked for Next Generation Pools.

She was laid to rest at Oakwood Cemetery in East Quogue, next to her grandfather (Pop-Pop), whom she loved so much.

She leaves behind her broken-hearted 11-year-old son, Brandon, of Hampton Bays; her mother, Cathy Sabotka of Mattituck; and many aunts and uncles and friends.
