Cops: California woman drove drunk in Cutchogue
A San Francisco woman pulled over on Main Road in Cutchogue early Tuesday morning had bloodshot eyes and smelled of an alcoholic beverage and was later charged with driving while intoxicated, Southold police said.
Colleen Martin, 49, was stopped at 3:19 a.m. after an officer saw her cross the double yellow line and stray into the oncoming lane, said police. She reportedly failed several field sobriety tests.
Ms. Martin was taken to police headquarters and held for arraignment.
