Planning Board work session highlights ongoing reviews

Southold Town’s planning board holds its bi-weekly work session this afternoon at 2:30.

On today’s agenda are ongoing discussions of plans for the Mill Creek Inn & Marina on Route 25 in Greenport, a proposed open development area on a farmland subdivision on Route 25 in Mattituck, and an 18-lot subdivision known as Bayberry Estates on Yennecott Drive in Southold.

Also up for discussion is a Town Board proposal to allow limited retailing of products produced on-site in the light industrial and light industrial office zoning districts.

The meeting will be held in the upstairs board room at the Town Hall annex on the corner of Route 25 and Youngs Ave.
