Mattituck hosts North Fork Invitational today

Mattituck senior Tomasz Filipkowski will look to defend his title today at the North Fork Invitational at Mattituck High School, which includes two of the top teams in Suffolk County.

Wrestling began early this morning and will continue throughout the afternoon.

Connetquot and Rocky Point are both returning to the annual tournament. Connetquot, the defending tournament champion, is ranked second in the county for tournaments. Rocky Point is ranked third.

Filipkowski was the only champion for the Tuckers last season as they finished seventh overall.
