Cops: Woman charged with drug possession

A Cutchogue woman was arrested on a drug possession charge and driving with a suspended license after she was stopped on Route 25 last Saturday, police said.

An officer responding to reports of an erratic driver heading east on Route 25 about 6 p.m. saw Kimberley Ann Fleischman, 33, of Cutchogue talking on the phone in a 2005 Saturn stopped on the side of the road, police said. Police reported discovering a small amount of marijuana inside the vehicle. Ms. Fleischman was charged with unlicensed driving and unlawful possession of marijuana, police said. She was released on $100 bail.
