The East End of Long Island may receive as much as two inches of snow during the evening hours tonight, according to the National Weather Service, which issues a hazardous weather report.

The Weather Service said reduced visibility will be a factor as the snow moves in, creating difficult driving conditions.

The wintery weather is expected to clear out by the morning, but the cold temperatures will remain. The high for Saturday is 28 degrees, according to the Weather Service.
