Steve Rosin

Steve Rosin died April 20 at his home in Mattituck following a long illness. He was 55 years old.

Born Feb. 11, 1958, in Brooklyn to Heinz and Brigitta Rosin, he was an electrical contractor and the owner/operator of QC Electric Inc. in Laurel.

Family members said he was a fabulous father who loved spending time with them, and he enjoyed fishing and boating.

He is survived by his wife Aileen (Ninfo); his daughter Sascha; his sister Linda Kjerulf of Oregon; and his parents, of Florida.

A celebration of his life will take place Saturday, April 27, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Coster-Heppner Funeral Home in  Cutchogue. Cremation was private.
