Southold Town Memorial Day Parade in Greenport

Greenport hosted the annual Southold Town Memorial Day parade Monday and hundreds lined the streets to pay their respects.

The parade began with a ceremony in Veteran’s Memorial Park during which local dignitaries honored those who died during military service. Afterwards, local first responders, scout troops, bands and the NJROTC marched down Main Street, many carrying American flags.
