Fire hydrant testing in Greenport Village Sunday

The Greenport Fire Department is holding its annual fire hydrant testing Sunday between 9 a.m. and noon.

The only hydrants included in the testing are located in the incorporated Village of Greenport. Testing may cause discoloration of the water during this timeframe, fire officials cautioned.
