People watching the St. Patrick’s Day Parade won’t be the only ones celebrating Saturday in Cutchogue. One couple, Todd and Rachel Johnson, are opening up North Fork Cigar & Fine Gifts at 10 a.m. on 28100 Main Road, in the space formerly belonging to attorney Scott Hunginzer. “We were looking for a place for a couple of years and when this opened up, we thought it was perfect,” Ms. Johnson said.
