Florence Shaw Taylor

Florence Shaw Taylor of Cutchogue died at her home April 20. She was 94. 

She was born Oct. 6, 1919, in Brooklyn to Samuel and Anne Shaw. Ms. Taylor was a teacher for the Baldwin School district. She was also a member of Cutchogue Methodist Church.

Ms. Taylor was predeceased by her husband, Harry in 2003 and her brother, Robert Shaw. She is survived by her son Robert of New Jersey; 4 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

The family will receive visitors for a memorial service, Saturday, April 26, from 1 to 3 p.m at Coster-Heppner Funeral Home in Cutchogue.  Cremation was private.
