Youth boating course scheduled for Southold

Sea Tow International, in conjunction with the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, will hold a youth safe boating course at Sea Tow headquarters in Southold. 

The course runs Monday, July 7, through Friday, July 11, from 7 to 9 p.m.

Students ages 10 to 18 who plan to operate a boat and those ages 14 and older who plan to operate a jet ski are required to be certified and must attend all sessions.

A parent or guardian must be present at the first class. Class is limited to 30 students.
