Southold teen crowned Strawberry Queen

Southold teen Jasmine Clasing was crowned Strawberry Queen Saturday at the 60th annual Mattituck Lions Club’s Strawberry Festival.

Clasing, 17, takes over the crown from Leah LaFreniere. 

Crowds of people flocked to the festival on Saturday, taking advantage of perfect weather and enjoying carnival rides, food, vendors, and of course, strawberry shortcake.
