Wedding: Brianne and Nicholas Heaney-Stallone

Brianne Heaney and Nicholas Stallone were married June 28, 2014, at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Catholic Church in Brockport, N.Y.

Brianne is the granddaughter of Victoria and Joseph Heaney of Greenport. Her parents are Michael and Karen Heaney of Brock-port. Nicholas is the son of Guy and Terese Stallone of Oil City, Pa.

Shannon Heaney Traphagen, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor and Guy Stallone, brother of the groom, was best man. Guests were greeted at the church by pipers dressed in traditional garb. Readings were delivered by Brianne’s brother, Jason Heaney of Jupiter, Fla.

Brianne is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University and completed her Master of Science in education at St. John Fisher College. Nick is a graduate of Clarion College with a degree in education. Brianne and Nick are elementary school teachers in Virginia and reside in Fredericksburg.
