North Fork Community Theatre wins five Broadway World awards

The North Fork Community Theatre in Mattituck won five awards in the 2014 Broadway World Long Island competition.

The community theater’s production of The Wedding Singer won awards for Best Musical and Best Ensemble in a Musical.

Meagan Schmid was named Best Choreographer for The Wedding Singer production.

The Best Actress in a Musical award went to Ella Watts for her role as Little Red in Into the Woods.

Matt Senese won the Best Actor in a Musical award for his role as Baker in Into the Woods.
