The program is the second annual Great Music Sunday concert sponsored by Congregation Tifereth Israel synagogue in Greenport. It’s part of a series aimed at introducing audiences to young musicians at the start of their careers.

The quartet — Kobi Malkin, violin; Matous Michal, violin; Sofia Nowik, cello; and Daniel Kim, viola — will perform works by Mendelssohn and Dvorak. The concert will be followed by a question-and-answer session.

Tickets are $20 and free for students. Make reservations by calling 516-297-1761 or buy tickets at The Market in Greenport; Southold Pharmacy; Peconic Liquors in Cutchogue; Village Cheese Shop or Love Lane Toys in Mattituck; or Shelter Island Pharmacy.

• “LoveSphere 20,” a multimedia revue, will be presented at 8 p.m. Saturday, March 21, and 2 p.m. Sunday, March 22, at Vail-Leavitt Music Hall in Riverhead.

LoveSphere is an art installation project founded by Gary Heidt to celebrate the spring equinox. The Riverhead presentation also celebrates LoveSphere’s 20th anniversary.

The revue will feature music by the Hidden City Orchestra (directed by North Fork musician George Cork Maul), Fist of Kindness and The Grand Pepper of Reality; a presentation by the Uncarved Block performance art troupe; and demonstrations of original Thomas Edison artifacts from the Museum of Interesting Things. In addition, Judy Sky, granddaughter of former music hall owner Simon Leavitt, will perform with the Women of LoveSphere.

Tickets are $7 in advance online; $10 at the door; and $15 for weekend passes. Go to LoveSphere20.com.
