Cops: Man arrested for driving drunk in Greenport

A 58-year-old Greenport man was arrested for driving drunk early Monday morning, Southold police said.

Robert Schroeder Jr. was stopped for traffic violations on Main Street in Greenport shortly before 2 a.m. and found to be intoxicated, police said.

He was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
