Business Beat: Suffolk Bancorp CFO honored with award

Bridge Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for Bridgehampton National Bank, announced the declaration of a quarterly dividend of 23 cents per share in an April 3 press release. The dividend will be payable on April 30 to shareholders of record as of April 17, 2015. 

Brian Finneran, executive vice president and CFO of Suffolk Bancorp and its wholly-owned subsidiary Suffolk County National Bank of Riverhead, was recently awarded a 2015 SmartCEO Executive Management Award. He’s one of 13 CFOs to receive the honor this year and was selected from a pool of more than 100 nominees.

Previously CFO of State Bank of Long Island, Mr. Finneran has been CFO of SCNB since 2012. He’s certified as a risk professional from the Bank Administration Institute and has a Bachelor of Business Arts degree in finance from CUNY/Baruch and a master’s of business administration from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business.
