Achievements: Honors for local graduates

• Lauren Carlson, a 2007 graduate of Mattituck High School, recently earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Auburn (Ala.) University College of Veterinary Medicine. She will be interning in Albuquerque, N.M. 

• Connor Davis of Cutchogue has graduated cum laude from SUNY/Cortland with degrees in physical education and adaptive physical education. He graduated from Mattituck High School in 2011.

• Shelby Davis, a 2010 Mattituck High School graduate, has earned a degree in special education, magna cum laude, from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington. She is currently teaching in Wilmington.

• Nicole Krupski of Mattituck has graduated from Bryant University in Smithfield, R.I., with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in marketing.
