Kait’s Angels, the non-profit organization created in memory of Kaitlyn Doorhy, held its inaugural Poker Run Sunday.

Over 80 people registered for the event, many visiting checkpoints on motorcycles or in classic cars.

Participants paid an entry fee to visit several checkpoints on the North Fork where they received a poker card. At the finish, which was held at Mattituck High School, players with the best poker hands won cash prizes, which they promptly donated back to Kait’s Angels.

A mystery auction was also held, and a DJ entertained everyone while they enjoyed food and drinks.
