Road closures announced for annual Maritime Festival

Route 25 will be closed in Greenport Village this weekend as the annual Maritime Festival returns to town, Southold Town police said.

The road will be shut down for vehicle traffic from Third Street to Main Street, and from the foot of Main Street near Claudio’s to Center Street between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, police said in a news release. Parking for the event will be on village streets, they added.
