The Southold Historical Society held its annual candlelight tour and Christmas tree lighting Friday afternoon.

From 3 to 5 p.m. the buildings on the grounds were decorated and open to the public. Visitors enjoyed refreshments while they viewed live farm and home craft demonstrations. Musicians strolled the grounds performing as children met Santa Claus. Then at 5 p.m. the afternoon was capped off with the annual tree lighting.  Over 100 people were on hand to enjoy the festivities.
