Ora June Renessé

Ora June Renessé lived to be 101 1/2 years old. She passed on her favorite holiday, Christmas Eve, in the afternoon at her daughter Ora’s home in Southold. 

Ora was predeceased by her son, John, and her husband, Jean. She is survived by her daughter, Ora, and husband Bruce Heath; her four grandchildren, Douglas, Richard, Robert and Emily; and blessed with four great-grandchildren.

A memorial service is planned for the first Saturday in May at First Presbyterian Church in Smithtown.

Memorial donations may be made to Ora’s favorite charities: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Tunnel to Towers Foundation and Wounded Warrior Project.

Horton-Mathie Funeral Home in Greenport assisted the family.
