Daniel J. McCarthy

Daniel J. McCarthy of Greenport passed away Saturday, Nov. 22, 2025. He was 66 years old.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, Dec. 9, from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home in Southold.

The Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated, following the visitation, at 11a.m. at St. Patrick’s R.C. Church in Southold, officiated by Father Abraham Thannickal.

Interment will follow at St. Patrick’s R.C. Cemetery.
