David Demchuk

David Demchuk of Mattituck passed away on Sunday, Nov. 23, 2025. He was 69 years old.

The family will receive friends on Friday, Nov. 28 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home in Mattituck.

The Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, Nov. 29 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel R.C. Church in Mattituck, officiated by Father Michael Bartholomew.

The Rite of Committal will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Kanas Center for Hospice Care or American Cancer Society would be appreciated. Donation envelopes and forms will be available at the funeral home.
