Agenda: Mattituck BOE to discuss teacher retirements, tenure

The Mattituck-Cutchogue school board is expected to vote on several personnel items during its monthly meeting tonight, including teacher retirements.

Teachers Jane Nordstrom, Elena Grefe and David Hass have submitted letters of intent to retire, according to tonight’s agenda.

Other resolutions the school board will likely vote on tonight include granting tenure to teacher assistant Denise Stahlf and approving Darlene Folkes as a full-time teacher assistant with benefits and a 10 percent special education stipend.
