Phylis A. Graeb

Phylis (Pam) A. Graeb of Cutchogue died Dec. 27 at Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead. She was 79.

A memorial service was held Jan. 4 at Mattituck Presbyterian Church.

Donations may be made to Mattituck Presbyterian Church in Ms. Graeb’s name or to The Myositis Association in her name and in in honor of her daughter, Laurie Graeb Lechner.
