Health Beat: Library to host Zumba demo for newcomers

• Mattituck-Laurel Library will host health insurance counseling sessions on an individual basis on Tuesday, Sept. 20, 1:30-3 p.m. A representative from the Suffolk County Office for the Aging will assist with applications and answer questions. Call 298-4134.

• Cutchogue New Suffolk Library is hosting a Zumba demonstration on Thursday, Sept. 15, 6:30-7:30 p.m. It is an introductory session for those not registered in previous Zumba classes.

On Mondays from Sept. 19 through Dec. 12, Zumba classes will be held from 6:30-7:30 p.m., with no classes on Oct. 10 and 31 and Nov. 28. The fee for the 10-week session is $60. Call 734-6360.
