A Greenport woman was arrested Monday for driving while intoxicated after a Greenport man called police to report a disturbance, police said.
Estefanny Ramales, 25, was seen trying to leave a driveway in a vehicle around 1:24 a.m. She was stopped to be interviewed and police detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath, according to Southold Town police. READ
Police responded to a report of a sunken boat with one person in the water near Plum Island around 5 p.m. last Thursday. The Orient Fire Department helped the person out of the water. The person was later treated and released after the boat was towed back to Orient By The Sea, where it was placed on the owner’s trailer. READ
A Greenport business owner called police last Monday around 10:08 a.m., after he noticed damage to the door handle of his store, police said. It appeared that an unknown person pried the door handle in attempt to gain access to the store, but did not gain entry, the report states. READ
Jose Lemus-Pedroza, 43, of Peconic was arrested for driving while intoxicated Sunday morning around 11 a.m., according to Southold Town police.
• A Riverhead man was arrested Friday after he drove his vehicle off the roadway and into the woods on Route 48 near Albertson Lane in Greenport around 1:09 a.m., police said. READ

A Southold man was arrested in Greenport Friday around 8 p.m. after he was involved in a motor vehicle accident and was discovered unconscious at the wheel on Main Street, according to Southold Town police.
Jason Stulsky, 37, was charged with DWI drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, police said. He was found to be impaired by drugs and was in possession of fentanyl and a hypodermic needle, according to a press release. READ
Andrew Stulsky, 46, of New Suffolk was arrested last Wednesday when he was observed operating an unregistered electric moped in New Suffolk, according to Southold Town police. He was then found to be impaired by drugs and was arrested around 3:18 p.m. for driving while ability impaired by drugs. READ
• A Greenport woman called police when she noticed an unknown male in her bedroom Saturday around 2:24 a.m., police said. She said he may have entered her home through an unlocked window. READ
Southold Town police responded to a report of an intoxicated male urinating in the flower beds of a parking lot in Cutchogue on Saturday around 4:24 p.m., and the officer transported him to Mattituck, where he was trying to go, police said.
• A New Suffolk man said that multiple items were stolen off his front porch sometime in the last month, including a weed wacker, a kerosene heater and an air compressor, police said. The items valued about $250. READ
Jamie Winkelman, 33, of Mattituck, was arrested for petit larceny, a misdemeanor, around 2:30 p.m. Monday, after he was seen stealing liquor from a store in Cutchogue, police said. READ
