A normal day here is I come in, and we make fresh coffee every day; we start with that. And then we move on to stocking up everything.

Wendy’s Deli in Mattituck is selling 50/50 raffle tickets to benefit the family of Jason Cooper,
who died suddenly on Wednesday night. The money raised will benefit Mr. Cooper’s three children. READ

It’s 2 p.m. on the last Wednesday of the year and about a dozen young men and women file into Wendy’s Deli on Sound Avenue in Mattituck for a sandwich.
