Southold Planning Board to discuss approval for new boat storage
An extension of approval for new boat storage and offices at Matt-A-Mar Marina in Mattituck is up for discussion at this afternoon’s Southold Town Planning Board work session, as well as an extension of a plan to restore a barn at Pellegrini Vineyards in Peconic. The work session will begin at 2:30 p.m. In the Town Hall Annex board room.
Public hearings will be held at 4:30 p.m. Planning Board meeting on Ed Broidy’s proposed Pike Street, Mattituck shopping complex and a new cell phone monopole proposed on Cedar Beach Road in Orient. That meeting will be held in the Town Hall meeting room.
