Cops: New Suffolk man was driving high on drugs

A New Suffolk man was arrested in the early morning hours for driving drunk down Westphalia Road in Mattituck, Southold Town Police said.

Andrew Stulsky, 39, was stopped for a traffic violation when he was found to be driving while impaired by drugs, police said.

He was arrested, transported to headquarters, processed and held for arraignment, police said.

Mr. Stulsky has a previous arrest for public lewdness and disorderly conduct on Front Street in Greenport last year.
