Justice Court

Joseph Bertolas, 51, of Stewart Manor, pleaded guilty in Southold Justice Court Friday to driving while intoxicated. Judge William Price Jr. revoked Mr. Bertolas’ license for six months, placed him on probation for three years and ordered him to complete a substance abuse rehabilitation program. He was fined $1,000.

* Alexander Kolbrecher, 18, of Rockaway Point, Queens, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, reduced from an original charge of possession of marijuana. He was fined $225.

The court dealt with 71 cases Friday.
