Mattituck-Laurel: AMP 1 basketball competition and PTSA Fashion Show

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

‘May good luck be your friend,
In whatever you do.
And may trouble be always
A stranger to you.”

Mattituck High School will be the place to be Friday, March 25, to see AMP 1 compete against our student basketball players in an MCTA event. AMP 1 is a basketball team made up of amputees who also speak with students about the challenges they’ve overcome to play the sport they love. Tickets can be purchased for $5 at Barth’s Pharmacy on Love Lane. This is an event you will not want to miss.

Tickets for this year’s MCPTSA Fashion Show, on April 7, will be on sale this evening, March 17, from 5-7 in the high school lobby. Tickets are $50 each. Gather family and friends to create a table of 12 and ensure an evening of fun and fashion! The event takes place at Vineyard Caterers in Aquebogue.
