Cops: Two men charged with DWI following double pullover

A pair-of-out of towners were arrested on drunk driving charges after they were pulled over at the same time in Cutchogue Saturday night, Southold Town Police said.

August Ruckdeschel, 33, of Ronkonkoma and Gregory Cimino, 24, of Farmingville were both stopped shortly after 7 p.m. when Mr. Cimino was observed following too closely behind Mr. Ruckdeschel, who police said failed to maintain his lane of travel.

Both men were found to be intoxicated, police said.

They were both transported to police headquarters and held for a Sunday morning arraignment, police said.
