Cutchogue Fire Department’s annual chicken BBQ is back
The tradition continues Saturday as Cutchogue Fire Department is set to host the 59th Annual Chicken Barbecue fundraiser at the firehouse grounds.
The event — dubbed by the fire department as likely the largest chicken barbecue event on Long Island — will welcome thousands, organizers said. The members of United Fire Company No. 1 and the Cutchogue Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary have hosted this annual fundraising event each year.
The barbecue will be held from 4 p.m to 10 p.m. at the firehouse on New Suffolk Road. For additional information or to purchase the limited tickets still available, click here or call (631) 734-6907.
