Former Baiting Hollow resident Damon Austin Terry died May 28 in Jacksonville, Fla., from complications of acute respiratory distress syndrome. He was 39 years old.
Mr. Terry, former manager of the Lobster Roll Northside restaurant, was the son of its founder, Frederick H. Terry Sr., and Mary Janice Terry, now Townsend.
He is survived by his parents; his step-parents, Ernie Townsend and Debra Terry; his partner, Amy; his children, Keelin, Hannah, Logan, Sean, Zack and Ariana; six siblings; and eight nephews and nieces.
Arrangements and a memorial fund are being managed by Broadus-Raines Funeral Home, 501 Spring St., Green Cove Springs, FL 32043.
