Photos: Subaru crashes into Southold Post Office building
The driver of a white Subaru crashed into the side of the Southold Post Office Monday afternoon, causing cracks throughout the wall of the building and pushing in a desk where a postal service worker was sitting on the other side of the wall, according to emergency personnel on the scene.
Police said the driver and the postal employee were treated on the scene for minor injuries. The Southold Building Department was called to evaluate the structural damage to the building.
